Here are some important things to look for when choosing your telecommunications partner, and how E-TEL works to meet those needs.
A consultative approach to the sales process At E-TEL, we don’t believe that one size fits all. Different companies have very different needs, even within the same industry. That’s why we take the time to gather as much information as possible directly from you before we make any recommendations. Our Account Executives will make absolutely sure they thoroughly understand your business, so that we can design the right system – one that’s tailored to your needs, budget, and goals for the future. As your business grows and your needs change, we’re right there with you, because we understand exactly how you’re currently using telecommunications and how they fit into your business model.
Installation and Project Management Once our Account Executives have worked with you to design the right system, our Avaya Certified Project Managers take over. Your Project Manager will work closely with you to cover all the little details involved in implementing a new telecommunications system, from scheduling the most convenient installation date and time to helping you decide who should record your voicemail menus. Whether you are a small business or a large enterprise, we have the experience and expertise to guide you through the entire process of seamlessly integrating your new system into your day-to-day business.
Voice and Data Cabling Don’t have enough voice or data outlets? Moving to a new space? Whether you need a single wire run or several thousand, E-TEL has the staff, experience and technical knowledge to take care of it properly. Our certified cable technicians will make sure the work is done on time and in line with your local codes, so there’s no need to worry about the hassle of dealing with multiple vendors. We’ll even pull the permit for you. And if you’re moving out of your offices, we’d be happy to handle your cabling demolition, too.
Comprehensive Administrator and End User Training Since your ability to effectively use your new technology is critical to the continued success of your business, training is an integral part of every E-TEL project. We take the time to make sure everyone on your team knows how to use the system to its full potential – from the occasional user to the receptionist to the system administrator. After your initial training, which is included in every system we sell, we’re on call whenever you have a question to make sure you know how to do everything you’ll ever need with the system.
Maintenance E-TEL’s trained and certified technical staff stands ready to support you for the life of your system. We offer continuing maintenance plans to meet every company’s needs, whether you want support during normal business hours or 24/7. In addition to having a technicians on call at all times, our maintenance customers also benefit from priority dispatching and remote monitoring from our Network Operations Center.
Local Presence and Inventory E-TEL’s headquarters is located in Dulles, VA, at the center of Northern Virginia’s technology sector. We have a warehouse on site stocked with a full inventory of parts for every system we service. If you need a part on short notice, we usually have it in stock and can get it to your facility quickly – many times the same day you call. This way, you don’t have to worry about costly downtime while we’re waiting for a part to arrive.
Experienced and Knowledgeable Staff Our trained and certified technicians have been working with Avaya/Lucent/AT&T equipment since 1992, and in many cases, much longer. Because of their expertise, we are frequently the first business partner in the region to install new Avaya products. As Avaya experts, we’re often called upon by other Avaya dealers to assist them with more complicated design and installation tasks. In fact, we’re the only dealer in the DC area trusted by Avaya to sell and service our own maintenance contracts on Avaya products.
Emergency Readiness In addition to being on call at all times, we stock emergency “crash kits” for every system we sell. These are complete systems we keep ready to go at all times in the event of an emergency. If your system is irreparably damaged in an emergency, we can usually have a replacement to your location on the same day. We’ll keep your phones in service so that you can focus on running your business.
